Policies

Orders:
We accept orders by phone, fax, and online. Our web site is secure for credit card ordering. Everything Birth will NEVER sell or share customer addresses or contact information.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We will make every attempt to notify you if pricing or availability will affect your order.

All orders must be prepaid before being fulfilled.

Shipping Costs:

For orders under $100 shipping is zone based and calculated in shopping cart during the checkout process.
Orders $100-$499.99 have a flat rate of $15.00.
Orders over $500 are shipped free unless otherwise noted.
Birth tubs are NOT shipped for free.
These prices are for continental US ONLY.
Hawaii, Alaska, and non-continental US orders will receive a shipping price separately once the order is placed and it will be added to order.

Shipments to non-continental US locations may have increased shipping fees. We will notify you before we ship if this applies.

If you would like a quote prior to purchase, then please email info@midwifesupplies.com- this is the only way to avoid charges if you are unsure on shipping.

Special Orders:
If there is a product you don't see on our site, we would be happy to attempt to special order it for you. Special orders must be prepaid.

Catalog Orders:
We no longer print a paper catalog.  Prices and inventory on website are most current.

Shipping:
We make every attempt to use recyclable shipping and packing materials. If materials are not recyclable, we have reused them and ask that you do, too.

Minimum order of $20.00.

We use both USPS and UPS for shipping. Please be sure to provide both addresses if it applies. Any fees for items returned for wrong addresses (a USPS package mailed to a UPS address), or incorrect addresses will be charged to the customer.

Orders requiring faster or alternate delivery must be made BY PHONE with an Everything Birth staff member. For Email, fax, or phone message orders, regular delivery schedules will apply.

*Free Shipping* applies to standard shipping in the continental USA when applicable. For faster shipping, Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the US, we will email your shipping quote.

Free shipping does not apply to Birth Tub Rentals. Backordered items that are part of a FREE shipping promotion will not be charged if entire order is shipped together. Otherwise, backordered items will be charged actual shipping.

Returns:
Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. All items must be unused and in original packaging. You must obtain a return confirmation number from a customer representative BEFORE RETURNING GOODS. Returns requiring refunds are processed on the 15th of the month- returns occuring after the 15th will be credited the following month.  Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded. Sorry, but items ordered as part of a Custom Birth Kit or any disposable items including birth pool kits are NOT returnable.

Orders that are "cancelled" but haven't shipped will be refunded minus 5%.  Orders cancelled after they have shipped will incur the fees listed under returns.

We are not responsible for fluids damaged by weather.  This is not insured by our carrier- if you have fluids shipped during winter months, please note that they may freeze and we can not credit them.  You can call to have them shipped overnight, but that is still not a guarantee of their temp.
